He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, passionate, experienced and not overbearing or pushy like so many salespeople. He was genuinely helpful and catered to my inquiries on the available product lines. Mark provided me with one of my best customer service experiences I have had in 30+ years of retail shopping!
